"It"
There will be a new Sunday School
Class beginning January 24th at 10:00 am in the Fellowship Hall.
The study will be on "It, How Churches and Leaders Can Get It and Keep
It" by Craig Groeschel. He founded LifeChurch.tv The
congregation met in a borrowed two-car garage with ratty furnishings and
faulty audiovisual equipment, but people were drawn there, sensing a
powerful, life-changing force Groeschel calls "It". We will study
what "It" is and how can you and your ministry get - and keep - "It".
Combining in-your-face honesty with off-the-wall humor, this book tells
how any believer can obtain "It,", get "It" back, and guard "It".
This lively book will challenge churches and their leaders to maintain
the spiritual balance that results in experiencing "It" in their lives.
For additional information, please contact the church office at
269-3678 or email

Living Last Supper (Holy Thursday Service)
On Thursday, April 1 at 7:00 p.m., we will
celebrate Holy Thursday, called Maundy Thursday by some, by receiving
Holy Communion. One of Christianity's most significant events was
brilliantly portrayed by Leonardo Da Vinci centuries ago: The Last
Supper. This Renaissance masterpiece is brought to life in Ruth Elaine
Schram's remarkable work, "The Living Last Supper." One by one you will
hear the disciples speak, expressing their innermost thoughts that
portray their incredible astonishment at Jesus' assertion that one of
them would betray Him that fateful night. The evening will reawaken a
spiritual reconnection with the true significance of The Last Supper.
This will be presented by the Chancel Choir and Drama team. See you on
Holy Thursday, April 1, at 7:00 p.m. For additional information, please
contact the church office at 269-3678 or email
